Le "King Fahd Causeway" entre l'Arabie Saoudite et le Bahreïn. 26 km de long. Terminé en 1986. Cadeau du roi Fahd d'Arabie. The "King Fahd Causeway" between Saoudi Arabia and Bahrain. 26 km long. Construction ended in 1986. It's a gift from King Fahd.	L'ile artificielle où  se trouve la frontière.  La fin de semaine, ça peut prendre quelques heures pour passer les douanes. The artificial island where is the border. On week-ends it can take a few hours to go through customs.

All the following pictures have been taken at the Qal'at Al Bahrain, ancient harbour and captial of Dilmun civilisation, which has been registered to the UNESCO World Heritage in 2005.
Le village près du fort fut habité en permanence depuis 2300 avant J.C. Les fouilles se poursuivaient lors de notre visite. The village close by has been permanently inhabited since 2300 B.C. The excavations were still going on at the time of our visit.
