Un soir chez Arch et Susan, dessiner les bases des chandeliers à l'ordinateur dans le but de les faire faire. One evening at Arch and Susan's house, drawing the stanchions bases on the computer in order to have them made.
Mesurer, dessiner et "penser" les morceaux. Measuring, drawing and "thinking" the parts.	En profiter pour souper tous ensemble, et inviter Rory à se joindre à nous. And taking the opportunity to have dinner all together, inviting Rory to join us.
Et voici la fin de semaine And here comes the week-end
Une autre surprise nous attendait :  la moitié des boulons des cadènes sont tellement mangés par la rouille qu'ils tombent tout seuls. Another surprise awaited us: half of the chainplates bolts were so much eaten by rust that they were falling down.
Le rail de fargues (petits côtés en bois le long du bord) doit être changé car il est pourri. The toe rail has to be changed because it's all rotten.
Marc coupe et pose un morceau de bois (recouvert d'epoxy) pour soutenir l'escalier de la descente. Marc cuts and puts a wooden piece (covered with epoxy) underneath the companionway stairs.
Après notre journée de travail, nous avons rejoint nos amis à leur campement de fin de semaine sur la plage. At the end of our day of work, we joined our friends at their week-end camp on the beach.

Vendredi matin, le balayage des cochonneries sous le bateau. Friday morning, sweeping filth underneath the boat.	Il a décidé de refaire l'écoutille de la descente. He decided to remake the companionway hatch.
Avant de poser le nouveau plancher du cockpit, on doit solidifier les côtés en leur insérant une baguette de bois dans ce qui reste de fibre de verre. Before putting the new cockpit floor in place, we must solidify the sides by inserting some wood in between the remainging fiberglass.
Puis, mettre des serre-joints et attendre que ça sèche. Then, putting U-clamps and wait for it to dry.	Après avoir vu l'état des cadènes, on ne prend pas de chance et on va aussi changer les boulons de la base du pataras. After seeing the state of the chainplates, we take no chance and will also change the bolts of the backstay base.
C'est la pause rafraichissement. It's the refreshment break.
Méchant trou à l'arrière du bateau !  C'est le puit du moteur . ;o) What a hole in the back of the boat !  It's the motor well.  :o)	Pour pouvoir enlever le balcon arrière et les taquets, Marc doit couper les boulons. In order to remove the pushpit and the cleats, Marc must cut the bolts.
Et sous le porte-drapeau, il y a une plaque de bois, et ça te fait une boucane ! And under the flag holder there's a wooden piece, hence the smoke !	Il est content d'avoir terminé. Hes' glad it's done.
Et la journée se termine sur un début de sablage.  Marc a plutôt l'air en repos... ;o) And we end the day with the beginning of the sanding job.  Marc looks rather resting... ;o)
