25-26 Janvier 2007 January 25-26, 2007 C'est la session d'hiver des courses de voile qui commençait ce jeudi. Nos amis Arch et Susan nous ont offert de courir sur If avec eux.  Les travaux sur Sheriaz reprendront donc vendredi... It's the winter season for the sailing races that started on Thursday. Our friends Arch and Susan asked us if we would crew for them on If.  The work on Sheriaz will resume on Friday ...

Vendredi nous avons encore travaillé à la maison , au sablage des pièces de bois et au remontage du moteur. On Friday we worked at home, sanding wooden pieces and rebuilding the British Seagull outboard.
Pose de la bielle sur l'arbre à cames en tête Putting the piston arm on the crankshaft	Et voilà ! Job done !
Maintenent il faut faire pénétrer le piston dans la chambre du cylindre. Now he has to put the piston into its cylinder.	Sablage de la barre franche Sanding the tiller
Début du réassemblage du moteur. Marc starts to reassemble the motor.
	Oups... découverte d'un petit problème. Oups... he discovers a little problem.
Un morceau de plastique servant à serrer le tuyau qui fait tourner le moteur, est cassé. A piece of plastic used to tighten the pipe which make the motor turn, is broken	Marc lui a fabriqué un "manteau" de métal pour le tenir bien en place. . Marc fabricated un metal "coat" to hold it tight in place.
